About the Role
We’re looking for an impactful Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will work hand in hand with leading companies who are reimagining the work experience. You will serve as a consultative partner for leaders in HR and Employer Branding and work closely with cross-functional teams to execute a new business acquisition strategy. As a member of our growing team, you will be instrumental in propelling New Stand’s business forward.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through a combination of outbound, networking, and responding to marketing-generated inbound leads
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and coordinate the development of sales proposals
Build and manage your own pipeline, vetting SQLs and prioritizing strategically valuable accounts
Gain an understanding of prospective customer pain points and educate on New Stand’s value, highlighting our differentiators
Work closely with members of the team to achieve sales goals and work collaboratively with Customer Success to support and set expectations for customers
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience managing and closing complex sales-cycles with senior executives
Experience with direct B2B consultative selling
Experience or passion for the HR/Future of Work space a huge plus
Understanding of how to sell physical and digital products
Self-sufficient seller with great storytelling capabilities
